Terms and Conditions of Letting for
Self Catering Weekend Breaks
at
 Box Hedge Farm
Coalpit Heath
Bristol
BS 36 2UW

  1. Reservations will be made upon receipt of a non-returnable deposit of one third of the total cost of the weekend break. On receipt of the deposit we will send you (or email you) the booking form detailing your accommodation requirements. 
  2. Payment of the balance of the total cost of the booking is to be paid eight weeks before the date on which the weekend break is to commence.  Failure to ensure that payment reaches us by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking. If you have agreed to pay by credit or debit card we will take the balance of payment stated on or after the date stated.
  3. If you should have to cancel your weekend break after paying the balance we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation for the period booked. If successful, a refund of monies will be paid less the deposit.
  4. The accommodation will be made available from 3PM on the first day of the weekend break Please note that we normally lock up by 10PM and if you intend to arrive later, prior agreement will need to be made. (Once keys have been collected guests are able to come and go as they please). The accommodation must be vacated by 10AM on the last day of the weekend stay.
  5. The applicant (and all persons occupying the accommodation) undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived.
  6. The proprietors of Box Hedge Farm shall be compensated by the applicant for any damage and breakage's which may occur and any excess cleaning that is required, sole interpretation in the event will be by the proprietors.
  7. The proprietors reserve the right to be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time.
  8. The number of persons using the accommodation is not to exceed the maximum number stated in the property description or indicated on the booking form.
  9.  In the unlikely event that we have to make a material alteration to your weekend accommodation our limit of liability shall be limited to alternative arrangements of comparable standard or a full refund of monies.
  10. The Proprietors reserves the right to refuse any booking request.
  11. The Proprietors reserves the right to cancel any booking already made if the accommodation becomes unavailable for reasons outside of their control. The limit of liability shall be a full refund of monies.
  12. All visitors must act in a reasonable manner and have consideration for other visitors to Box Hedge Farm.

  13. The Proprietors cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property however caused.

  14. Smoking inside buildings is not permitted; it is against the law. Smoking is permitted outside of buildings.

  15. lf any visitor fails to observe any of the conditions we reserve the right to require the visitor to vacate the accommodation at once without any recompense.
