Breakfast is included in the Tariff -served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. weekdays
and 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. at weekends.
A
deposit will be required for advance booking.
Please note that although we always try and cater for
guests' preferences where possible, advance reservations for Bed and
Breakfast can only be made for for the TYPE of accommodation (e.g. double en-suite)
and NOT for any specific unit of
accommodation (e.g. The Forge - Room 2).

Please note that a minimum surcharge of 10% will be applied if
booking through tourist organisations or booking agents. It makes sense to come
