Please
confirm with your bank that the method that you use for transfer will not
invite agent fees or commission that will be charged to Box Hedge Farm or to
yourself. We know that some older systems, for example the "Clearing House
Automatic Payment System" (CHAPS) will charge a substantial agents fee for
the transfer. If you cannot arrange to transfer electronically without cost you
may prefer to pay by another method. Please note that if we find that agents
fees or commission have been deducted from your payment we will have to add
these to your final bill.
For advance bookings we require a minimum deposit of £10 or 30% of the
total cost of your stay.
